Blair Rossen played three seasons for the Centennial Colts hockey team from 1977-1980.

Throughout his career with the Colts, Rossen captured the MVP in each season from 1977-1980 and was also named Centennial College's Athlete of the Year in 1978-79 and 1979-80.

Rossen was the leading scorer for the Colts in 1978-79 with 12 goals and 24 assists for a total of 36 points and in 1979-80 with 18 goals and 23 assists for a total of 41 points. Rossen had only 22 minutes in penalties for both seasons combined.
