Caroline Fletcher began her colligate career in 1996-97 with the Humber Hawk’s women’s volleyball team. In her first year she was named team captain, a position she would maintain for all four seasons of her playing career. Fletcher led the Hawks to two Provincial Championships in 1997-98 and 1999-2000. For her performance in 1999-2000, she was awarded Tournament MVP.
During her four seasons of play, Fletcher was named as a league All-Star three times, and in 1999-2000 she was recognized as a CCAA All-Canadian. That same year, she was awarded Humber’s Athlete of the Year. She also earned the Humber Volleyball MVP honour for three consecutive seasons (1996-97 to 1999-2000). Fletcher continues to lead the Humber women’s volleyball team, as she is presently an assistant coach.
