Chad Patterson had an outstanding three-year career with the Sir Sandford Fleming (Lindsay Campus) men’s hockey team. In his rookie campaign of 1996-97, Patterson led the league in goals scored with ten and was named as a second team OCAA all-star. In 1996-97 and 1997-98, Patterson and his teammates won the silver medal at the OCAA Championships.

At Fleming, Patterson was an outstanding student and a member of the Academic Dean’s List. He served on the student government, and received an award for dedication to athletics. He also won the team’s Rookie of the Year award and served as the team’s captain.
