Gail Prosser is a two-time OCAA Women's Singles gold medalist accomplishing the feat in the back-to-back seasons of 1996 and 1997. Prosser added to her career medal haul when she also earned an OCAA gold medal in 1998 in Women's Doubles.

Prosser also captured a CCAA national championship bronze medal in 1996 in Women's Singles. Again adding to her medal haul, Gail claimed a CCAA national championship silver medal in 1997 for Women's Singles and another silver medal in 1998 in the Women's Doubles division.

Gail Prosser was named a member of the OCAA Women's Badminton All-Millennium Team.
