Melissa McMackin was a standout goalkeeper for Seneca College during her tenure that reach three seasons for the red and white. During her rookie season, McMackin was recognized as the Rookie of the Year and her team found post season success capturing the OCAA gold medal. She was also named the top OCAA Goalie as well as collecting an OCAA League All-Star nod.

The following season, McMackin was again named an All-Star and the Top Goalkeeper. In her final season, Melissa garnered the team MVP honours as well as her second OCAA gold medal.

Melissa was named a member of the OCAA Women's Soccer All-Millennium Team.
