Nejat Agaoglu spent 18 years as head coach of the soccer program at St. Lawrence College Kingston from 1987-89 and 1991-2007. During his time with SLC Kingston, Agaoglu was awarded OCAA coach of the year in the 1997-98 season and again in the 1999-2000 season. He led SLC Kingston to 11 regional titles and captured two provincial crowns in men’s indoor soccer in the 1997-98 season and the 1998-99 season. Agaoglu served as the assistant coach with the Ottawa Wizards, a semi pro team in 2000-2001, and helped guide them to the Rogers Cup title. Agaoglu played professionally in Turkey for five years in the first division and the Junior Turkish international team for one year.
