Val Pozzan won two OCAA Championships in his two seasons with the George Brown Huskies. In 1974-75 the Huskies went on to capture the National title with Pozzan being named to the Championship all-star team.
Pozzan and his teammate Marvin Snowden were named Co-Athletes of the Year by George Brown College in 1974-75, and he was a member of the OCAA all-star team in both of his years with the Huskies. In 2000, he was named to the OCAA Men's Basketball All-Millennium team.
