TORONTO - The St. Clair College Saints men's baseball team started their OCAA season with a pair of wins over George Brown College in Toronto at Heron Park on Sunday.
In a pair of mercy shortened wins the Saints roughed up the home team for 29 runs on 22 hits highlighted by four home runs in each game.
In the opening game three Saints pitchers combined to throw a no-hitter.
St. Clair will travel to Rochester College (Rochester Hills, Mich.) on Tuesday for an exhibition game and then host the University of Windsor on Wednesday at Lacasse Park in another exhibition match-up at 7 p.m.
The Saints come home for their OCAA regular season home opener on Saturday, Sept. 14 with a doubleheader against Seneca College with games scheduled for 1 and 3 p.m. and continue the home stand on Sunday against Humber College with games also at 1 and 3 p.m.
