for the period ending Sunday, Nov. 27.
MALE: Terrel Bramwell, Humber
Third-year right side Terrel Bramwell
(Mississauga, Ont.) set a new OCAA single-game record with 36 kills
in a 3-1 (26-24, 25-20, 23-25, 25-21) win over Redeemer on Nov.
22. He was two points shy of his own OCAA single game points
record, with one block and one service ace for 38 total points.
Bramwell has averaged 7.90 points and 6.81 kills per set through
his first five matches to lead OCAA.
FEMALE: Megan Gilmore, Nipissing
Fifth-year middle Megan Gilmore (Cambridge, Ont.)
showed great consistency in two significant West region matches.
She earned 14 offensive points on 11 kills, two service aces and
one stuff block in a 3-0 (25-16, 25-12, 25-23) win over Niagara on
Nov. 26. She equalled her point production with 11 kills, two aces
and one block in a 3-1 (19-25, 25-23, 25-19, 25-16) win over
Fanshawe on Nov. 27. Second-place Nipissing (7-1) handed Niagara
and Fanshawe just its second loss of the regular season.
