49 - Number of career goals scored by St. Clair's
Robert Malbasic in OCAA men's soccer, setting a
new all-time record. Malbasic recorded a hat trick in a 5-1 win
over Lambton on Tuesday to surpass Mike Everson's
career mark of 47. Everson played three seasons with
Fleming-Peterborough from 1981-1984.
11 - Number of birdies recorded by men's golf
champion Mark Hoffman of Humber at the recent OCAA
Golf Championships. Six of those birdies came in the final round as
Hoffman erased an eight-stroke deficit to win by one stoke.
79 - Second and third round scores of women's
golf champion Tiffany Albath of Durham at the
recent OCAA Golf Championships. Albath was the only women's golfer
to record a sub-80 round in less-than ideal weather conditions at
the Cornwall Golf and Country Club.
6 - Number of points allowed by Seneca's men's
rugby team through two matches this season to lead OCAA.
122 - Number of points scored by Humber's men's
rugby team through two matches this season to lead OCAA.
0 - Number of points allowed by Humber's women's
rugby team through two matches this season to lead OCAA.
124 - Number of points scored by Humber's women's
rugby team through two matches this season to lead OCAA.
1.35 - Number of strikeouts per inning by Durham
pitcher Shannon Galea in OCAA women's fastball.
Galea has struck out 23 batters in 17 innings pitched. Durham has
outscored its opposition 52-2 in six games this season, all
wins.
.600 - Batting average of Durham's Jenna
Dupuis through six games this season to lead OCAA women's
fastball.
9 - Number of goals Mohawk's Ashley
Hagen scored in her last two women's soccer games. Hagen's
five goals in a 12-1 win over Lambton on Saturday and four goals in
a 7-0 win over Niagara on Tuesday puts her No. 1 in the scoring
race with three games to play.
