9 - Number of consecutive years that either Durham
or St. Clair has won the OCAA women's fastball championship.
Defending champion Durham (6-0) hosts St. Clair (7-1) in a
doubleheader on Saturday in the regular season finale for both
teams.
0 - Number of goals scored between Humber and
Sheridan in OCAA men's soccer on Wednesday. The game was a rematch
of last year's OCAA gold medal game, won by Humber 2-1. As a result
of the tie, Humber (6-0-1) and Sheridan (5-0-1) will host playoff
games at the conclusion of the regular season.
28 - Number of OCAA golfers that will compete at
the upcoming 2011 PING Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association
(CCAA) Golf National Championships, taking place next Tuesday
through Friday at Brudenell River Golf Course in Roseneath, P.E.I.
OCAA champions Mark Hoffman of Humber and
Tiffany Albath of Durham lead a strong Ontario
contingent.
4 - Number of goals scored by Durham's
Jenn Sheehan in a 6-0 victory over Centennial on
Tuesday. Sheehan leads all Durham players with five goals on the
season. Durham (3-1-1) is one victory away from clinching a playoff
berth.
58 - Number of points scored by Humber's
Phil Boone to lead OCAA Division I men's rugby.
Boone has scored six tries and 14 converts for an undefeated Humber
(3-0-0) team.
27 - Number of points scored by Algonquin's
Jeremy Nesbitt to lead OCAA Division II men's
rugby. Nesbitt has scored one try, eight converts and two penalty
kicks. Algonquin (2-1-0) is in its first season of OCAA men's
rugby.
23 - Number of points scored by Humber's
Brooklyn Craig to lead OCAA women's rugby. Craig
has scored three tries and four converts. Humber (3-0-0) leads the
OCAA West region with an undefeated record.
22 - Number of combined runs scored by St. Clair's
Caitlyn Stiles and Lisa Ternosky
to lead OCAA women's fastball. Stiles is the OCAA leader with 12
runs, followed closely by Ternosky's 10 runs.
8 - Number of goals scored by Fanshawe midfielder
Cedric N'Guessan in seven OCAA men's soccer games
this year. N'Guessan scored at least one goal in all but one match.
Fanshawe (3-4-0) is still fighting for a playoff berth, hosting
Redeemer next Tuesday in its regular season finale.
