15 - Number of times Durham has won the OCAA
women's fastball title in 30 years of competition. Durham goes for
its Sweet 16 this weekend as it hosts the 2011 OCAA Women's
Fastball Championship.
6 - Number of runs batted in by Amanda
Boismier of Seneca in a 10-5 victory over Humber in
women's fastball on Oct. 15. The six RBI ties an OCAA single game
record, shared with six other players.
13 - Number of goals scored by Jose Bruno
Mota of La Cite in OCAA men's soccer this season. It is
the second straight league scoring championship for Mota. La Cite
hosts Conestoga in a quarter-final playoff game on Sunday.
12 - Number of goals scored by Ashley
Hagen of Mohawk in OCAA women's soccer this season,
winning the OCAA scoring championship. Mohawk earned a 4-4 record
this season, falling just short of post-season play.
2 - Number of Top 3 finishes by the same trio of
student-athletes in a pair of OCAA men's cross country races this
season. Sean Sweeney of George Brown,
Jamie Switzer of Fleming-Peterborough and
Clint Smith of Fanshawe have finished in the top
three in consecutive races, setting up what should be an exciting
final race at the upcoming OCAA Cross Country Championships on Oct.

0.94 - Team ERA of Durham in OCAA women's fastball
this season. Shannon Galea, Kristine
Miles and Alexandra Mallett combined to
give up just five earned runs on 31 hits and five walks in 48
innings pitched. Combined they struck out 48 batters.
8 - Number of OCAA soccer quarter-final matches to
be played this weekend across the province. Algonquin and Humber
will host two of these matches, as both men's and women's teams
finished in first place in their respective regions.
3 - Number of student-athletes who have scored six
tries in OCAA men's rugby so far this season, to tie for the league
lead. Humber teammates Phil Boone and Nate
Le along with Seneca's Jesse Lofthouse
have contributed six tries in four games. The men's rugby regular
season wraps up this weekend.
1 - Number of student-athletes who have scored six
tries in OCAA women's rugby to lead all players. Lindsay
Bradbury of Humber has crossed the goal line on six
different occasions, and her 30 total points ties her for the
league lead with teammate Brooklyn Craig. The
women's rugby regular season wraps up on Oct. 30.
20:41 - Winning time of George Brown's
Erika Houde-Pearce in the women's 5 km cross
country race last Saturday, hosted by Fleming-Peterborough.
Houde-Pearce is the two-time defending OCAA bronze medalist, and
will look to win her third straight medal at the upcoming OCAA
Cross Country Championships on Oct. 29.
