2007-08 OCAA MEN'S RUGBY HEADLINES
The Humber Hawks (Etobicoke) captured their first provincial title in men’s rugby with an exciting 30-13 victory over the Seneca Sting (North York) on Saturday afternoon at the 2007 Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) Men’s Rugby Championship.
For the first time in Ontario Colleges Athletic Association (OCAA) men’s rugby history, it will be an all Greater Toronto Area (GTA) final as the Humber Hawks (Etobicoke) and Seneca Sting (North York) are set to meet in the 2007 OCAA Championship gold medal match hosted by Rugby Canada on Saturday, November 10, 2007.
For the first time in OCAA men’s rugby history, it will be an all-GTA final as the Humber Hawks and Seneca Sting will meet in the gold medal match on Saturday afternoon at Fletcher’s Fields in Markham, Ont.
Three games will be featured in the opening week in Men’s Rugby.
