Melissa Kennedy and Ryan Lue were the big winners at the COLTS Annual Awards Banquet when they received the athlete of the year award.
The athlete of the year award is presented to the male and female varsity student athlete that best combines athletic excellence with academic success.
Kennedy, a pre-service fire fighter student, played goal for the women's soccer team and also received the team MVP award.
Lue, a third-year child and youth worker student, was the
badminton team captain and also named team MVP.
The most valuable player and most improved player awards were
presented as follows:
