The Athletic Department at St. Lawrence College (SLC) regrettably announce that Athletic and Student Life Officers Chris Paul (Brockville campus), and Kendra Hunter (Kingston campus), will be leaving SLC, and will not participating in the 2012-13 season.
Chris has been with St. Lawrence College for nine years, four of which Chris worked in Athletics the past two as Athletic Officer on the Brockville Campus. He has been an invaluable member of the Athletic team and a key representative for the College at the OCAA table. While Chris' leadership, sense of humor and commitment to excellence will be missed in SLC Athletics he will be moving over to the Fire Fighter Program as the Pre-service Fire Fighter Technologist and will continue to be an asset to St. Lawrence College. The SLC Athletic team wishes Chris much success at his new position on the Brockville Campus.
Kendra has been a member of the Athletics department for the past three years, working primarily out of the Kingston campus. She was actively involved in planning various tournaments and coordinating the varsity and recreation teams, in-addition to severing as a convener with the OCAA in Women's Basketball. Kendra will be pursuing further education in Australia.
A search for Kendra's replacement has already begun. Individuals interested in applying can visit The St. Lawrence College website (www.stlawrencecollege.ca) and follow the links under 'Employment Centre'.
St. Lawrence College Athletics wishes both Chris and Kendra, the very best in their future endeavors.
