At stake is a ticket to the OCAA Men's Basketball Championship taking place over a two-day span between Feb. 28 - Mar. 2.
All but one of the higher seeds survived last weekend's crossovers, with the Lambton Lions the lone team to pick up a road victory.
The higher seeded teams play host to this weekend's action, with the top surviving seed hosting the OCAA championship in a week's time.
Sheridan (12-6, 3rd West) at Georgian (16-2, 2nd East)
Saturday, Feb. 22 - 3:30 p.m.
The Sheridan Bruins advanced to the quarter-finals thanks to a 78-74 victory over the George Brown Huskies on Saturday.
Sheridan second-year shooting guard Jeziyah Excell-Johnson (Mississauga) scored a game-high 25 points shooting 4-of-6 beyond the arc in the victory.
The Georgian Grizzlies won their playoff opener with a 99-86 win over the Conestoga Condors.
Second-year forward Trey Wilson (Barrie) drained a game-high 27 points for the Grizzlies on 10-of-18 shooting from the field.
Lambton (7-11, 6th West) at St. Clair (16-2, 2nd West)
Saturday, Feb. 22 - 4 p.m.
The Lambton Lions were the only road team to win in the Round of 16, swatting the Seneca Sting 64-58 last Saturday.
Four of Lambton's starters scored in double digits, including first-year guard AJ Edwards (Brampton) with a game-high 16 points on 7-of-15 shooting from the field.
The St. Clair Saints put on a scoring clinic to begin their post-season with a 120-63 win over the Fleming Phoenix.
A total of six Saints hit double digits, including all five starters. Third-year guard Kyle Brown-Fazekas (Windsor) led the way with 23 points and added eight assists.
The Lions and Saints played each other twice in the regular season, with St. Clair winning both meetings 91-68 in October and 96-78 in January.
Mohawk (11-7, 4th West) at Durham (17-1, 1st East)
Saturday, Feb. 22 - 5 p.m.
The Mohawk Mountaineers defeated the Centennial Colts 95-81 last Saturday to keep their championship aspirations alive for another weekend.
Third-year forward Marko Dosen (Hamilton) posted a double-double for the Mountaineers with 21 points and a dozen rebounds.
The Durham Lords downed the Fanshawe Falcons 92-70 in their crossover to earn another home playoff game.
Durham fourth-year guard Miles Hall (Scarborough) scored a season-best and game-high 19 points while adding six rebounds, six assists and four steals in 23 minutes of action.
Algonquin (12-6, 4th East) at Humber (18-0, 1st West)
Sunday, Feb. 23 - 3 p.m.
The Humber Hawks extended their OCAA winning streak to 27 games following their 113-67 win over La Cité Coyotes last Saturday.
Seven Hawks hit double digits in points, led by first-year small forward Victoire Ndongo (Toronto) and first-year shooting guard Dwayne Burke (Whitby) who scored 15 each from the bench.
The Algonquin Wolves enjoyed their return to the post-season with a 93-69 home victory over the Niagara Knights. Second-year forward Tesloch Luk (Ottawa) scored a game-high 22 points and was a perfect 6-of-6 from the charity stripe.
If the reigning OCAA champion Humber Hawks defeat the Wolves on Sunday, they would host next week's OCAA championship.
