The Mohawk women ended a four game skid with a 63-38 win over Sault College. It was a close gamethrough three quarters as Mohawk led 43-38, but they outscored the Cougars 20-2 in the final period.

Rachelle Abella had 23 points for the Mountaineers. Taylor Shaw scored 13 and Megan Campbell had nine points and 15 rebounds.  

Mohawk, 6-3, visits Algoma, 11-2 Saturday afternoon.
