ST. LAWRENCE 20, LOYALIST 5 (FINAL)
Dana Darlington had two tries and Hillary Lubimin and Corisa Cluett had a try each as the St. Lawrence College Vikings women's rugby team cruised to a 20-5 victory over the host Loyalist College Lancers on Saturday, Oct. 15.
The win allowed the Vikings to maintain first place in the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association East division. Their record is now 3 wins, 0 losses and 1 tie. That puts them narrowly ahead of Algonquin (3-1-0).
The win was also the Vikings' second straight over Loyalist. They beat the Lancers 20-12 on Sept. 24 in Kingston.
The Vikings' final game of the regular-season is Saturday, Oct. 22, when they host Fleming at 3 p.m.
