The Mohawk women dropped a 3-2 decision to Canadore in a battle of tail-enders. Mohawk slipped to 3-12 with their fourth loss in a row. For Canadore, it was only their second win in 14 tries this season.
The Mountaineers have a daunting task Saturday afternoon as they visit the 10-3 Nipissing Lakers.
